Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. Service Description

Google Workspace MCP is a service that provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server allowing AI assistants to interact with your Google Workspace apps — including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides. The service acts as a bridge between MCP-compatible clients (such as Claude, Cursor, and others) and the Google Workspace APIs.

2. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to use the service only with Google accounts you own or are authorized to use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Google API Usage

The service accesses Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Drive on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. Your use of Google services through this application is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not access or store the contents of your documents — all data flows directly between your MCP client and Google's APIs through our server.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to modifications made to your Google Workspace documents through AI assistants.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
