1. Information We Collect

When you use Google Workspace MCP, we collect:

• Google account information: your email address and display name, used to identify your account.
• Google OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens that allow the service to interact with Google Workspace on your behalf. These are stored encrypted in our database.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Authenticate you and authorize access to your Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Provide the MCP server functionality (reading, writing, and managing your documents through AI assistants).

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (AWS sa-east-1 region). Google OAuth tokens are stored to maintain your session and are used exclusively to make API calls to Google Workspace on your behalf.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google APIs: to access Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Drive on your behalf.
• Vercel: to host the application.
• Neon: to host the database.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. OAuth sessions expire automatically after 24 hours. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Revoke Google access by visiting your Google Account Permissions.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
